What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
How do I access the property?
You’ll receive an email at check-in time with your unique door code and detailed entry instructions. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder around 4:00 PM.
What if I don’t receive the check-in email?
No worries—just call or text us at 601-385-1199, and we’ll get you taken care of right away.
Is there a washer and dryer in the unit?
Yes! Your unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Feel free to use them during your stay—just bring your own detergent and be considerate of quiet hours.
Are there TVs in the rooms?
Yes, each room has a smart TV for your enjoyment.
Can I use my streaming accounts?
Absolutely! Log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Just be sure to log out before check-out to protect your privacy.
How do I adjust the temperature?
The Villas feature central heating and cooling. Use the thermostat to adjust the temperature to your liking.
What should I set it to when I leave?
To help conserve energy, please leave the thermostat set to 75°F (cool) or 65°F (heat) when checking out.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony.
Are pets or parties allowed?
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, no pets, parties, or unregistered guests are allowed.
What are the quiet hours?
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
